DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
For the dough: Mix 4 cups of flour with 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of fresh milk, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of yeast and 1/4 cup of oil and mix them.
STEP 2
Gradually add water and mix well until the dough becomes soft.
STEP 3
Brush the dough with oil and let it rest for just 15 minutes.
STEP 4
For the filling: 4 boiled potatoes with a teaspoon of salt and pepper and mash them.
STEP 5
Add 3 tablespoons of Lacrima cream cheese to the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
STEP 6
then spread the dough, close the edges, put the potato stuffing on the dough, and finally put the mozzarella with cheddar cheese on top and put it in the oven at 200 degrees until it turns brown.
