DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
In a frying pan on the stove, add olive oil and a kilo of chicken breast cut into small squares and fry them until the chicken turns white.
STEP 2
Add to the chicken (salt, black pepper, paprika, cardamom, onion powder and tomato powder).
STEP 3
Stir the mixture well and add 4 tbsp of Lacrima cheese, which makes the chicken tender and juicy.
STEP 4
Use hamam bread, cut it from the half, add ketchup and black olives to the bread, put the filling inside it, and add a lot of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar).
STEP 5
Place them in the oven for 10 minutes until browned.
