DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

For chicken filling: put olive oil in a frying pan on the fire, add the chicken breast cut into small pieces, and stir until the chicken turns white.

STEP 2

Add onions, garlic and pepper to the chicken and stir until wilted. You can optionally add corn.

STEP 3

Add 3 tbsp of Lacrima cream cheese to the mixture and stir them well.

STEP 4

Add salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and a chicken stock cube to two cups of cream and mix them.

STEP 5

Arrange the layers on a tray:

Put a little of cream mixture, then the toast, then the filling, then more toast, then the cream with mozzarella cheese, and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes until it takes on a beautiful color.

  • Toast.
  • 500 grams of mozzarella cheese.
  • Chopped chicken breast.
  • Chopped onion.
  • Mashed garlic.
  • Bell Pepper.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.
  • 1 tbsp mixed spices.
  • 1 tbsp paprika.
  • 3 tbsp lacrima cream cheese.
  • Corn.

For Sauce:

  • 2 cups cream.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 1/2 tsp chicken powder.
  • A sprinkle of nutmeg.
  • Mozzarella cheese.
