DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
First, mix the flour with milk and sugar along with a small spoon of salt and yeast, and knead them with warm water, adding 4 or 5 tbsp of oil until the dough remains soft.
We let it ferment for about 15 minutes.
STEP 2
Then shape it according to the desired size of the pie, and roll out the dough until it becomes thin.
STEP 3
We put a layer of Lacrima cheddar sauce on the dough, followed by fried zinger with tomato, onion, black olives, ketchup, and mozzarella cheese. Then, we roll the dough like a sandwich.
STEP 4
In the other pie, we put a layer of Lacrima cream cheese on the dough, followed by fried zinger with tomato, onion, black olives, ketchup, and mozzarella cheese.
STEP 5
We heat the grill and add oil to it until it heats up, then we place the pies inside for (3-5) minutes until they brown.
