DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Grate the zucchini, salt them and leave them for 15 minutes. Then we drain them well.

Beat the eggs, add the flour, cheese, cheese and dill. Add the zucchini to them and mix well.

Then we spread evenly in a tray lined with greased baking paper, on which we place zucchini cut into slices. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove the marshmallow from the pan and let it cool. During this time, prepare the filling by mixing the cream, cream cheese, garlic and dill. We spread the zucchini marshmallows evenly and roll up.
STEP 5
We leave the roll in the refrigerator to harden well. We are ready! I recommend to prepare it with cow's cheese, cream cheese and yellow cheese.
