DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
In a pan over heat, sauté a chopped onion with olive oil, colorful bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic, stirring for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 2
Add salt and black pepper, along with 3 tablespoons of La Crema cheese, and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 3
In a large bowl, place the ground meat and season with salt and black pepper, then form the meat into balls and flatten them.
STEP 4
Place the filling inside and add mozzarella cheese, then close it with another piece of the ground meat.
STEP 5
Place the meatballs in a baking dish, drizzle with oil or butter, and bake in the oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes.
