DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Season the ground meat with black pepper and salt. Pour in the milk in a thin stream, stirring continuously.

Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2-3 hours.
STEP 3
Add the grated cheese, mix well, and with greased hands, form oval-shaped schnitzels.
STEP 4
Coat them sequentially in flour, beaten eggs, and then breadcrumbs.
STEP 5
Fry on both sides in heated oil until golden brown. Serve with a garnish of your choice. I recommend preparing it with cheese.
