DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Cover a large cutting board with clear foil or baking paper.
STEP 2
Peel the avocado and cut it in half. Cut it with a sharp knife into thin slices and arrange them on the board, by slightly overlapping them with each other until form a rectangle measuring 8 x 12 cm.
STEP 3
Cover the avocado with the smoked salmon fillet and in the middle put the cheese, Using the foil (paper) roll up and cut into slices.
Put finely chopped chives in a large plate and roll the rolls one at a time so that the chives only sticks
on the side.
Serve them garnished with salmon roe. I recommend preparing it with white brine cheese
