DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
To prepare the cream cheese, place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them until you get a smooth mixture.
STEP 2
For the pancakes, place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them.
STEP 3
In a pancake pan, Melt some of butter. Use a large tbsp to measure the pancake batter, aiming for a diameter of 5 cm. Fry them for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
STEP 4
Serve them with cream cheese spread on top and add a little black caviar. Garnish with watercress sprouts.
You can also prepare this dish with Lacrima cream cheese.
