DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Mix mozzarella cheese, grated halloumi cheese, cheddar cheese, then add Lacrima cheese and black seed and mix well.
STEP 2
Cut the shrak bread into slices in the same size as the samosa dough.
STEP 3
Then put the cheese filling on the saj bread and wrap it in the same way as the samosa.
STEP 4
In a frying pan with plenty of oil, fry the samosa until golden.
