DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 220ºC (200ºC with hot air function) (on gas - up to level 7).
STEP 2
Put the cheese in a small bowl and crumble it with a small fork. Add the cream, cinnamon and oregano and mix until creamy.
STEP 3
Fill the plums with cream cheese. Place 1 medallion (round piece) of bacon on the cutting board, one of the plums in the middle, and twist it into a bundle, pricking the top with a toothpick. In the same way, wrap the remaining plums in the bacon.
STEP 4
Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes until they start to brown. Drop the asparagus into boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Serve them warm with the medallions. I recommend to prepare it with white brine cheese
