DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 240°C (220°C with hot air function) (on gas - up to level 7).
STEP 2
Place the potatoes in a deep bowl, and sprinkle them with oil. Bake it in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 3
Immediately transfer them to a large bowl, add thyme, garlic, and salt, and mix well. Serve warm, sprinkled with grated cheese.
I recommend preparing it with salty white cheese according to BDS.
