DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
In a frying pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil, add 500 grams of chopped chicken and stir until the chicken turns white.
STEP 2
Add onions, chopped peppers and crushed garlic to the chicken and stir.
STEP 3
Add salt, black pepper, chicken spices, paprika and 2 tbsp of sumac to the mixture and stir until the chicken is cooked with the vegetables.
STEP 4
Prepare the bread (shirak – saj – Arabic) and spread the Lacrima cream cheese with cheddar flavor on it, put the filling and mozzarella or cheddar cheese on it, close it like a sandwich and put everything on the tray.
STEP 5
Brush them with tomato sauce or pizza sauce – if available – and put mozzarella cheese on top. Put the tray in the oven for 10 minutes.
