DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast and sugar in it.
STEP 2
The flour is mixed with the salt, a well is formed into which the milk with the yeast and the oil are poured. The egg whites are added. A soft and elastic dough is kneaded. Let it rise.
STEP 3
Then it is rolled into a crust (5 mm), from which triangles are cut. The cheese is crushed and mixed with butter, grated lemon peel and thyme leaves.
STEP 4
Place the filling on each triangle. Wrap buns and arrange in non-stick trays. Spread with the beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame seeds. They are left to rise.
STEP 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees, with a fan. I recommend to prepare it with cow's cheese and butter.
