DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
In a frying pan on the fire, we put a kilo of veal meat cut into slices and stir it with olive oil until it takes on color, then set it aside.
STEP 2
In the same pan, put the onions and garlic and stir them until they take color, then add the mushrooms and stir them together.
STEP 3
Then we add flour and milk to the previous mixture, then add 4 tablespoons of Lacrima cheese, then add mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice, and stir well.
STEP 4
After the mixture boils, we add the veal to it and leave them until the mixture boils together.
Served with vermicelli rice
