DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Mix warm water with milk, sugar, yeast, oil and salt and mix well.
STEP 2
Add flour to the mixture and stir to the appropriate consistency. It is not necessary to leave the dough to rest.
STEP 3
Pour olive oil into a frying pan over low heat and place the dough in the pan. When it turns golden, you can turn the dough over to the other side.
STEP 4
Add fillings if desired: “thyme and halloumi cheese” or “lacrima cream cheese", spread on turkey pastry.
