- Lacrima is a Bulgarian dairy company established in 1959, specializing in high-quality traditional dairy products, including white brined cheese, yellow cheese, butter, and cream cheese.
- Lacrima has two main production facilities:
- Pazardzhik, Bulgaria – Produces traditional Bulgarian dairy products, including PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) White Cheese and other high-quality dairy specialties.
- Zarqa, Jordan – Specializes in dairy products for the Middle Eastern market, including spreadable cheeses and softer textures tailored to regional preferences.
- PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) White Cheese is a certified traditional Bulgarian cheese made according to strict Bulgarian National Standards (BNS). It is produced only in Bulgaria using local cow, sheep, or goat milk, following time-honored cheesemaking techniques.
- Lacrima meets the highest international food safety and quality standards, holding the following certifications:
