Founded in 1959 in Pazardzhik, Bulgaria, Lacrima began as a small local dairy producer. Over the decades, we have grown into one of Bulgaria’s leading manufacturers of premium dairy products, specializing in traditional Bulgarian white cheese, yellow cheese, butter, and cream cheese.

While we honor the time-tested techniques of Bulgarian dairy-making, we continuously invest in modern advancements to ensure our products meet the highest international standards. This dedication has allowed us to expand beyond Bulgaria, sharing the unique flavors of Bulgarian dairy with customers worldwide.

Our Heritage and Production

Nestled near the Rhodope Mountains, our production facility benefits from the region’s fertile soil and rich pastures, providing high-quality milk for our products. Spanning over 20,000 m², our factory is one of the largest and most advanced dairy plants in Bulgaria.

Each Lacrima product is crafted using carefully selected farm-fresh ingredients and traditional Bulgarian recipes, preserving the authentic flavors cherished for generations.

Commitment to Quality

Quality is the heart of everything we do. Every batch of milk and ingredients undergoes over 30 rigorous tests to ensure purity and safety. Our production facility is IFS-certified (International Food Standard), and all our products are Halal-certified.

Over the years, our dedication to excellence has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including two gold medals at the prestigious World of Milk International Food Fair in Sofia.
