DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
In a pan on the gas stove, put 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of butter, rosemary and garlic, and let them heat up until their temperature is high.
STEP 2
We add steak (fillet / platter) to them and sprinkle with steak seasoning on each side, then leave them on high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Add steak seasoning and salt.
STEP 3
We turn to the other side, then remove the stack.
STEP 4
In the same pan, add onion, garlic, mushrooms and flour and mix them. Then we add Lacrima cream cheese and cream, then add water, salt and chicken stock powder.
STEP 5
We put the steak back in the mixture and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes. Served with rice or bread.
