"Office Manager"
Raghida Al-Atwani currently holds the position of Office Manager at Lacrima Dairy Industry. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Al-Zarqa University and a Diploma in Secretarial and Office Management from Amman University College / Al-Balqa Applied University. With over twenty years of extensive experience in administrative work in both the public and private sectors, her expertise spans various administrative and executive tasks typically handled by office managers, as their role is ubiquitous across all sectors of the economy. This adaptability has been key to her success and her ability to thrive in diverse work environments.
Her professional journey began at the King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau (KADDB) where she spent seven years executing a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including administrative assistant roles, exhibition coordination, and participation in international defense exhibitions as part of the preparation and organization committee. This enabled her to bridge the gap between office-based and fieldwork duties.
Transitioning to the private sector, Raghida joined Princess Sumaya University for Technology, serving in the presidential cadre as the Office Manager for 9 years. Here, she gained extensive experience in diverse academic administrative work, which merged management with technology. From her perspective, managing diversity in the workplace is an organizational, social, and cultural strategy aimed at fostering a culture that refines the personalities of employees, appreciates their ideas and suggestions, and provides them with equal opportunities and resources to achieve common goals.
Her diverse experiences expanded further as she moved within the university's faculties and departments, including Engineering and Business, in addition to her involvement in committees and event management, such as the social committee and the annual student graduation ceremony. This added a valuable experience in the fields of media, communications, and public relations.
Raghida has dedicated herself to administrative work, integrating it into her academic and professional life. She represented her company in international and local exhibitions to support its vision of empowering Jordanian youth, enhancing their capabilities at various levels, and positioning them in leadership roles without fear of failure, as it is the key to success. Her steadfast belief is that diversity in the workplace does not only mean diversity in the workforce but also in the work itself. Diversity signifies a rich tapestry of cultures, backgrounds, experiences, and competencies that add real value to your organization. Let us make our work environment a nurturing ground for diversity and a source of sustainable competitiveness. Because team culture is the key to achieving the company's goals and translating its noble mission into reality.
