Mr. Tareq Al-Atyiat , he currently holds the position of Public Relations and Marketing Manager. He contributed to raising awareness to promote the company's brand and developing effective marketing strategies. He possesses strong communication skills and contributed to the development and implementation of practical workshops, as well as participation in external campaigns to promote the Lacrima brand.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (2012) from Al-Zarqa Private University. His success led him to join the Lacrima Dairy team, starting in the financial department. He progressed through various positions and eventually became the Head of the Finance Department, demonstrating competence and the ability to work as a team. Due to his significant efforts, he became the Manager of the Public Relations Department. Given the great responsibility entrusted to him, it was necessary to work harder to provide great achievements that accompanied the company’s successes. He had a clear imprint in assuming the presidency of the public relations department with partners and external customers to consolidate and expand the base of dealing to show the company in its best image and to be the focus of attention of other competing companies. Success is not easy, so skills must be developed to meet any work requirements.

This was accompanied by him obtaining the SAP Business certification for managing business processes and developing solutions that facilitate effective data processing.

His achievements are based on expanding knowledge and developing communication methods, building a diplomatic base in dealing with various segments of society. He received an award from the Sharhabeel Bin Hassneh Battalio for his contributions to social responsibility.

He currently leads the marketing team in managing advertising and marketing campaigns within the Kingdom through ministries, companies, and their representatives. He also organizes external participation in international exhibitions related to the food industry, collaborating with the sales department to provide necessary support for promoting the company's brands and achieving the strategic vision, aiming to contribute to local and global markets for food security.
