After more than twenty years in financial management and administrative affairs in the business environment, Mr. Hussein Al-Baz embarked on his professional journey as the Administrative and Financial Manager at Lacrima Dairy Products Company starting from February 23, 2021. He possesses extensive experience in both financial and administrative fields, holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Amman Al-Ahliyya University in Jordan, obtained in 2001.
Throughout his years of experience, Mr. Hussein Al-Baz has successfully led financial teams and supervised the implementation of effective financial strategies. He possesses excellent leadership skills and a high degree of accuracy in analyzing financial data, alongside his extensive knowledge in administrative and leadership fields. His skills have contributed to making informed strategic decisions and implementing administrative policies that support business growth at Lacrima, which had a significant positive impact on our team. Mr. Hussein Al-Baz's experience extends to a wide range of companies, including various sectors such as manufacturing, consumer goods distribution, food and beverage production, confectionery, pharmaceuticals, and advertising. In addition to his experience within Jordan, Mr. Hussein Al-Baz gained more comprehensive expertise by traveling and working in different countries such as Libya, Sudan, Morocco, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, which enhanced his broad knowledge and strengthened his practical experience within the Lacrima team.
Mr. Hussein Al-Baz began his career as the Chief Accountant at Burger King Restaurant Group, then moved to the position of Accounting Manager at Publicis Advertising Company. He continued to advance his career as the Financial Manager at MS Group and MS PHARMA, in addition to his successful experience as the Financial Manager at Caravans Holding Group and Auntie Hanady's Factory. In 2021, Mr. Hussein Al-Baz joined the Lacrima Dairy Products Company group, initially serving as the Financial Manager before becoming the Financial and Administrative Manager and Deputy CEO (CFO).
Driven by his commitment to career growth and development, Mr. Hussein Al-Baz has obtained a range of courses and certifications that enhance his expertise and qualifications as an Administrative and Financial Manager at Lacrima, such as (FMVA), (DIFR), and (The Power of Excel - Advanced Skills Course).
Mr. Hussein Al-Baz has achieved tangible successes during his tenure at Lacrima, manifested in the improvement of financial and administrative resource management systems and adherence to strict, highly professional accounting standards. He manages the administrative and financial team with dedication, reflecting his extensive experience with modern administrative leadership methods. He possesses effective communication skills, along with logistical and computer skills, human resources management, labor laws, analytical skills, time management, crisis management, and advanced team management skills, enabling him to interact ideally with different work teams at Lacrima.
Mr. Hussein Al-Baz makes significant efforts towards achieving financial sustainability for Lacrima by improving financial performance and committing to precise growth objectives and business strategies, elevating Lacrima's administrative and strategic policies and objectives for the better.
