DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Add all the ingredients to the food processor and mix well.
STEP 2
Spread a sheet of plastic wrap and place half of the mortadella on it, stuffing it with olives. Roll it up and wrap it well, then wrap it in foil.
STEP 3
Spread the other half, add whole black pepper, and wrap it well.
STEP 4
Steam for an hour and a half, or boil for 45 minutes. Then refrigerate overnight.
