DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Place the croissants on a baking sheet and put another baking sheet with weight on top of them to flatten them. Bake in the oven until they are golden brown.
STEP 2
Mix 3 tbsp of labneh with 3 tbsp of Lacrima cream cheese and spread the mixture on the croissants.
STEP 3
Add slices of tomatoes and cucumbers, and sprinkle a little fresh thyme and mint on top.
