DIRECTIONS 

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 220ºC/200ºC with the hot air function (for gas ovens - up to level 7). 

STEP 2

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain it and transfer it to a deep baking dish.

STEP 3

Add the pesto and mix well. Crack the eggs on top and mix again.

STEP 4

Add the cheese, and gently mix. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

I recommend preparing it with extra cheese.


INGREDIENTS 

  • 300 g of penne rigate
  • 2 overflowing tbsp. basil pesto
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g of cubed white cheese
  • 1 tbsp. black sesame
