Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations at the production facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will manage the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance processes to ensure that the machinery operates at optimal levels.
Qualifications :
- Supervisory Skills.
- Experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and maintenance & repair.
- Expert troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
