DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Mix the honey and olive oil in a small bowl. Cut the watermelon into 10 x 10 cm slices, removing the seeds.
STEP 2
Cut the cheese into pieces of the same size. Arrange them in alternating layers in a serving dish, spreading each piece with the mixture of honey and olive oil.
STEP 3
Add the capers and olives, and sprinkle with oregano. Finish with mint leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
