Balkan Industrial Co is a Bulgarian Jordanian joint investment located in the Zarqa Free Zone Area in Jordan. The company produces high-quality products with a focus on using the latest innovative technologies and machinery from leading producer Catelli Food Technology. The company pays attention to environmental protection and holds certificates according to ISO standards, HACCP system, and a HALAL certificate. Continuous training schemes are provided to the staff to run operations in a smooth and professional way.

Qualifications:

Practical experience in operating, filling, and cleaning cooking and packaging machines.
Diploma certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and guiding new employees in the operation department on work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Installing and disassembling machine parts before and after the production process and ensuring the efficiency of the line under the supervision of the maintenance department.
Operating the machine according to work instructions .
Monitoring cleaning operations and workflow according to operating procedures.
Inspecting all critical points on the line and detecting open packages.

Essential Skills:

Filling out the machine operation form.
Productivity and quick reflexes.
Disassembling and assembling some machine parts.
Ability to learn and develop.
