DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Lightly heat the condensed milk in a deep pan. Add the melted white chocolate, stirring constantly.
STEP 2
Add the rum, then add the crushed cheese and mix everything well.
STEP 3
Set the mixture aside for about 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
STEP 4
Fill the dried apricots with it and leave them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to firm up.
STEP 5
Melt the dark chocolate and dip the apricots one by one into it. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. I recommend cooking with crumbs.
