DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Caramel Layer : Caramelize a cup of sugar and spread it evenly at the bottom of the mold.
STEP 2
Creme Caramel Layer: In a blender, mix 4 eggs with Lacrima sweetened condensed milk, liquid milk, orange juice, and zest until the mixture is smooth and liquid. Pour this mixture over the caramel layer in the mold.
STEP 3
Cake Layer: Mix 3 eggs with a cup of water and a third cup of oil in a blender. Add two tablespoons of flour until the mixture thickens. Pour this batter over the caramel and creme caramel layers in the mold.
STEP 4
Place the mold in a water bath in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for an hour on the middle rack.
STEP 5
After removing it from the oven, let it cool to room temperature in the kitchen, then refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, invert the mold to release the dessert.
