DIRECTIONS 

STEP 1

Finely chop the onion and ginger. Then peel the squash and carrot and cut them into cubes.

STEP 2

Sauté the onion and ginger in the oil.Then add the remaining ingredients along with the squash and carrot. 

STEP 3

Pour water to cover the vegetables. Then soak and salt the seeds, and roast them in a dry pan. 

STEP 4

Blend the soup and sprinkle it with cheese, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.I recommend preparing it with cheese and butter.
