Coconut-Vanilla Cake

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Beat the ready-made vanilla-flavored cake with 3 eggs, a cup of water and a cup of oil well.

STEP 2

Grease the tray with oil, then pour the cake mixture on it. Then put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

STEP 3

For the sauce: Place a can of Lacrima sweetened condensed milk with a can of coconut milk and mix them.

STEP 4

Pour the sauce over the cake while it is hot . then sprinkle a cup and a half of coconut on top, add dried cherries for garnish, and serve it cold.
