DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
For the dough, mix 4 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of oil, sugar, yeast, baking powder, and salt, and knead them by gradually adding warm water.
STEP 2
After kneading it well, leave it to rest for 5 minutes.
STEP 3
We form the dough into small balls, then roll it out and put Lacrima cheese inside it. Optionally, you can add mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese.
You can also make do with Lacrima cheese by adding salami or hot dog to it.
STEP 4
Close the dough after adding the filling, and with a frying pan over low heat, paint the pan with olive oil and place the pies on it, and after two minutes, turn them over to the other side.
