Showcasing Quality, Tradition, and Innovation

Lacrima at IFE 2025 was a success. From March 17 to 19 at ExCeL London, we took part in the UK’s leading food and beverage showcase and presented our premium Bulgarian dairy at the Bulgarian Pavilion. The pavilion celebrated Bulgaria’s culinary heritage and high industry standards, and visitors enjoyed meeting the Lacrima team and tasting our products.

Highlights from Lacrima at IFE 2025

• Visitors sampled white brined cheese (Sirene), Kashkaval, cream cheese, labneh balls, and butter, all made with 100% Bulgarian milk and verified by IFS and Halal certification.
• We met retailers, distributors, and foodservice buyers to discuss sourcing, maturation, packaging formats, and private label opportunities.
• Our stand became a hub for conversations about quality, consistency, and the future of dairy.
